Description: Great for cracked heels, feet and hands. Excellent for dry hands after gardening.
Directions for use: Before you begin, exfoliate all the dead skin off your heels, feet and hands with the piece of pumice is provided. Then soak your feet in a bowl of warm water, maybe with a couple of drops of lavender - for about 10 minutes. Dry your feet, making sure that your dry between your toes. When applying the cream you only need a little bit - a little goes a long way! Now massage the Rapid Plus into your feet making sure that you rub it in between your toes. Last of all, do your hands.
